7. Refunds & Adjustments

No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, preference change, or expectation mismatch.
At management discretion, a one-time service correction may be offered if concerns are raised within 48 hours.

Non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cannot be exchanged for cash or combined unless stated.
